Thoughts on this liner stamp that's on a luftschutz helmet

This is one of 2 helmets I got in today and I notice this faded stamp on the liner and was wondering if the stamp is legit or fake, I only paid $60 usd for this helmet so what do you guys think

The stamp is really faded but it looks like a HQ stamp to me, my luftschutz helmet has the same stamp
