Not much can be said with these photos ( yours or the sellers? )
I would ask for better ones and a close-up of the decal - but I think it is just a toned Heer going by the "brown patina" of the overall helmet exterior.
What is the 'time sensitivity' aspect? ... and what is the 'okay price'? ..... don't get drawn in, sit back and fully assess it first.

Looks well worn with fragile liner leather, but at least
    there's some decal left - 35-40%. Can't tell if it's
Heer of KM. If under $500, probably not
    a bad deal.........

$475 CAD...so around 400 USD with our terrible exchange rate. The question...do we like it?

Lol - Today, $475 CDN is like $300 US ! - If you can
get it for $450 CDN, you're doing ok..........

It's a solid helmet. Probably not a KM, from what is visible, but for $450CDN, not a bad deal in any case.

Hi, looks ok for the money to me. Appears to be un-messed with and in reasonable order. Leon.
