Is it a Polizei ? These are the most common. Heer and Luftwaffe DD M40's are almost non existent. Most are fake.
DD SS M40 are also rare.

I took a look Lisa and the tricolor is fake so it's an Single decal Heer helmet. Condition not the best and what looks like a post war strap and a post war drawstring.
In euros I'd value it around 450-550 / about 700 USD (at best).
