Vet Bringback M35 DD Combat Police Helmet.
I picked it up yesterday directly from the vet's son.
The vet was an Army photographer.
The helmet is in salty condition but still a nice piece.
There is also a name penciled on the skirt of the helmet in 2 places and inside the dome.
Hard to read. Looks like Or.....
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Also thank you all for helping me come up with a fair offer for the helmet.

Looks like the police decal was applied over top of a Heer decal.

That this was probably a repurposed helmet that was re-decaled for for police use

I like the reissue factor with the helmet, Does it add much value to some it may. I like the helmet.
