Don't worry on the box Ronnie, I reckon postage with a sturdy cardboard one would be less for everyone, and some countries need you to use their boxes etc so it would end up being a casualty anyway. Cheers though

Maybe twice the size of a decal, or a little bigger than that? Hopefully common sense will prevail. The GHW lid looks good with those sized doodles, this list is getting pretty huge now already though!
