Hi,
i would say fake as Ade says compare it to others on here, it is a water slide decal that has been aged, the helmet is period but the rust on it isnt old. you should find rust of the period very dark, and the rust coming through the helmet and the decal is new, ( orange )

The details looks very sloppy to me. The head of the adler looks more like a vulture* than eagle!
