What is this helmet please?

I have seen this, and seriously doubt it is an original SS, but WHAT is it? Size 57 and 353 lot number.

It's a beaded civilian helmet with reproduction paint, strap, and decals. I see some original paint peeking through, looks like it might be Luftwaffe blue.
