What is this M40 helmets manufacturer (shape)?

Can you recognize what manufacturers stahlhelm the Finnish captain of the left is wearing?

I think the angle of the skirt on it's back looks unusual....might be just my eyes

Hello , I have no idea mate , but I do see what you are saying about the angle , it does appear to be very straight! I have a chart somewhere on shell to maker variants so if I can find it I will take some images and post them. Leon.

I think its a normal M40, your looking at an angle and the full skirt is being obscured by the piece of kit on the rear flair

I'm sure the odd angle of the skirt is an optical illusion, there is a dark object resting on the rear of the skirt!...

Darryl Pajot actually posted this long before Nick did years ago on GHW.

The helmet is an M40 and Gunny nailed it, just an optical illusion.
