What are these helmets worth?
I have discovered a large cache of German helmets. The problem is that many of them have been stripped of their original paint, and primered!It looks like he removed the liners, too. What are helmets like this worth? Surely something (I hope) Fortunately this fool did not strip all of them - just about 2/3 of them.

Well, I don't have anything better. All I really want to know is what is a shell that has been stripped, primered, and had the liner removed worth? You really don't need a photo to answer that question, do you? Just pick any Nazi helmet. Are they worth $50, $100? what?

Well , any helmet which has been stripped, primered, and had the liner removed is not really worth anything , it's originality has gone and it's just a piece of metal , not worth $50 in my opinion but then i like original items !!

Well, he couldn't do anything with the photos either. It seems they are just too large to download, and CAN NOT be edited, or downsized. I am sure in the USA (where we don't still find them laying around in piles) they are worth something. I like originals, too, and there are some I don't think he messed with. Are there any AMERICAN collectors out there that may be i nterested in this crap?

the pics just need to be changed from bmp format to jpeg format which can easily be done through windows paint.
