Winter camo?

Hi Gents, I know the photo's aren't the best but any thoughts whether this winter camo stahlhelm is the real deal please?

Based on these inadequate pics I'd firmly
pass on it Jay , interior color doesn't look correct and frankly don't like how the white paint looks.

It's decalled so a lotnr would come in handy as it is an M42 ;-)
I still think the paint looks oddly damaged with the black in it , like burn spots. Just noticed all the rivets seem paintless.
Interior close-up photo would be welcome too.

So far I would still pass.

Something does not ring right with it,would like to see pictures of the inside.

I do not care for the paint. It does not have the characteristics of 65 year old lead base paint.
Just my opinion.

Thanks Frank, Chris and Steve. I wouldn't ever risk a 'big' purchase without you guys backing it first.
I have asked for a interior close up and the lot number so we'll see if they get sent through.

The seller has asked me what the lot number would help determine?

Hi Jay, some M42's had decals, but most did not. The lot number will help determine if this one fails into a group which are known to have had decals applied to them. Hence Frank's request.
