I was thinking along those lines as well --- I think you'll need a lot better photos to determine if there's actually winter camo on there or if it's simply mineral deposits...

This one comes from kurland, i made a trhead recently about how to clean it, but it will stay like that (don't want to ruin it), Lot number is barely visible.. something like 703 but can't tell... (solid metal, no cracks or holes).
This one comes from Smolensk area (or that i was told from a russian seller) Looks like it has a small calibre shot in the front, so i guess from a ppsh41
The last one comes from Narwa, was my first one, nice WH hidden decal under camo, and with what it looks like a shrapnel damage from side to side.
This one I have had for ages, no readable lot number or maker, It has a very faint name which is, I think, Lingg
