Would like opinions on this Camo Helmet...

Hi all.

I'd like to get some feedback and opinions on this camo helmet. Despite the missing liner, if it's legit it is certainly a nice looking piece. Thoughts?

Hi, that really is an odd cammo. For me it looks as though it has been buried for a bit as there is a lot of rust bleed showing through the whole outer paint scheme. It seems to have been hand applied by brush and not a modern spray nozzle but I personally am not comfortable with it being period as it is just so unusual with such an even rust bleed. Also seems odd that the tri-colour is there but no sign of an adler? All in all I suspect a semi-relic lid that has been played with, but that's just my opinion. Leon.

I avoid camo helmets anyway, but My feelings are it's a doctored up relic shell. You can see on the inside of the skirt and dome a repetitive scrubbing motion with streaks resembling steel wool or wire brush. The photos aren't the best and have a lot of glare but from what I see I would pass on it.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. I had high hopes for it but it sounds like you're all pretty certain it's no good so to the trash heap it goes.
