WW2 German Helmet - Real or Fake?

Hi there. Is this an original WW2 M40 German helmet? If so, what's a good price for it? Cheers!

This is not a good helmet. I simply cant tell from these pictures if its an original shell or not, but the liner and chinstrap are most certainly not authentic. I'm concerned the shell could also be a complete fake, better pictures would be needed for me to be sure. Even if it is a genuine shell, its in poor condition and the value would be very low.
