    Default Fake SS degen?

I saw this one for sale, and am pretty sure from my research that it is BAD. The SS runes on the hilt look poorly cast and the decoration on the top of the scabbard is poor with what looks like a recent paint job. No SS rune on the top of the scabbard.

There is some questions that do need to be answered and I agree...who is the producer?

This thread has been dormant for a couple of days - so here is my take on the sword. It has multiple "issues", but as soon as I saw the sharp edged shoulders on the end of the grip it would have been time for me to walk away and not look back. Best Regards, Fred

Although some amount of flatness is acceptable on SS swords..this one appears to be a bit extreme and growing out from the pommel.

Thank you guys for the education. Would the poor quality of the SS runes also be an issue?

I would agree....nothing good is showing here. Poor runes, no markings on scabbard, absurdly bad grip fit. Not one I would have.
