Fantasy piece ? parade sword...

Need some oppinions, dont know anything about swords of any time... But it looks wierd..

And another one for identification.

The first one is definitely a modern fantasy piece.
Sword also looks like a recent 'Imperial German' copy or replica...........

Top one total fantasy as said, bottom sword looks like a recent copy of an early 19th century saber,german or scandinavian?

IMHO it will not be an officers sword,
i think its a bad copy of the preussian artillery sword:
