    Greetings one and all.

Been away in Canada for 3 weeks and already it is like a distant memory.

During that time however, a sword was delivered to my house that I have been saving for over what seems like an eternity.

Thanks to a very patient member of this forum, I am now in possession of this amazing Paul Weyersberg, Lions Head, triple etched Heer sword (say that three times in quick succession and see how you get on!).

Not only are the sword and scabbard in fantastic condition but it is a whole package, with knot, hanger and shoulder strap, each item in great condition.

My photos don't do it justice but I'm sure you'll agree that it is a beauty.

In agreement with the above comments, it looks to be a very nice example of a German Army/Cavalry officer's sword. Best Regards, Fred,
