It appears to be a panther head officer's sword made by Eickhorn.
For actual authenticity, you will have to wait for others with more knowledge in this field.

looks like a sharnhorst model to me, one of the Eickhorn exclusive field marshal series great pick up mate could you post a full on pic of the grip with the eagle showing?

It is worth noting that "ges gesch" translates to 'Gesetzlich geschützt' - protected by law
Perhaps this item was produced early in its series - even as an example - model - display piece before it was mass produced...
