Having problems posting pics

I can upload them from my iPad but not from computer: when I try to upload a file, correct size, I get a red exclamation point next to it saying UPLOAD FAILED. That is it. It is strange, because I always upload from this computer.

It will not work with firefox.

If I had selected an image file that was not displayed.
But now it works again.

Gday All,
I have posted 10 pictures with no problems, but #11 will not load to file manager despite being quite small. Do I need to delete previous pictures in file manager? How do I delete those, could not see?
Apologies if this has been answered before.

I was able to load two more pictures today (probably a thing with my computer). Would still like to find out how to delete from the file manager (or if that is even necessary). Thanks.
