does anyone know how i managed to use up my 5 attempts at log in and told to wait 15 minutes?everytime i log in my forum name and password is already in place so i only need to click on log in so how could this happen?any info would be nice dave.

Double check the name and password are saved correctly. If they are check the 'Remember Me' button and you should get straight in without needing to log in.
