Need help, can't upload pics.

I've uploaded a few pictures, however, it won't upload anything over 999KB (anything over that comes up with a red '!' and 'upload failed'). Some have automatically reduced in size, others have stayed the same. Try uploading a small image around 500KB and see what happens

ok so does this mean mine arent automatically reducing? this one is only 4.3 kb's
the others im having trouble loading are around the mid 200 kb's

Most of the time when i upload pic's i resize mine to 2437 X 1828 (1.10mb)they seem to upload ok then, and at a decent size when on the forum.

It's a very strange problem we have. I wonder what it is. I have no problems from Russia on two different machines wit two different operating systems.

Try to clean the browser cache now, and restart browser , it could help then

Done as you have instructed Richie, re: switching the 'Enhanced Uploader' off.
I'll try and post some photos later this morning.

( Edit: Returned to the 'Enhanced uploader' I'm familiar with - The 'early'
type browser is not efficient - for me at least. )

Still no luck uploading pics, but I can now 'drag and drop' from my existing
WRF files - I could never do this on my laptop before........

I am beginning to feel that connection speed is perhaps is an issue.

I have one of the fastest in the USA, 100.00 MBPS+, and +++, and I have no problem uploading images in any case - I have uploaded images without a delay or failure @ 2.75 MB, which is fairly large - and all under one minutes' time.

Dim, after the new update some days ago, perhaps something has changed that has caused others around the world with slower connections to have problems?

I would think that VBulletin - hosts and PAID providers of our forum would be helpful if a fire was placed under their arse?

If you need my assistance to light and stoke it, be rest assured that I am able and willing...
