Notification emails not being sent/arrives late

I've had a problem recently with the notification emails, where they either arrive much later after a reply has been posted, or not at all. Is this a problem a lot of people are having or is it just me?

this has hapend since the "new format" i had no probs with notification emails before that
ive not tried to post a pic since the latest changes ,but from what i understand from other members it has now allso become a problem
