Why can't I drag and drop photos?

Funny - depending on the computer I use, this function works fine.
'Drag and drop' all week long. But not on my laptop.........!

Must be the browsers issue, but I will soon update the forum to the latest version, let's look how it will work.

Thanks Dimas I appreciate your work as a unsung (computer nerd) hero on this thread. I build entire networks but have no idea what happen at either end, nor do I care much until it does not work for me.
