Description: Hi, A beautiful, original, fully operational gravity knife with lots of character! The German vet carved his name 'Helmut Stumm' on one side and on the other 'Kriegsjahr' and '1945'. Has number 5 stamped under deployment switch, pic is stamped too. The wood is in excellent shape, not cracked or chipped, with a nice aged color to it. Blade deploys quickly and locks into place; there is one tiny nick. It also is stamped 'Paul Weyersberg & Co' Solingen and 'Rostfrei. This will make a nice research project or addition to a named collection of 3rd Reich memorabilia!
