Impossible to say for me.
From the pics the ring itself doesn`t look bad.
But the swas. Either it was removed and soldered on again, turned in 90 degrees, or it doesn`t belongs to the ring.
Could be a good one, but could be a bad one too.
At least no known fake.
A pattern i haven`t seen before.

I think that this ring is a "Good Luck" swastika ring that someone "converted into a Nazi Ring" by detaching the swastika from it and turning it. This was done either by someone trying to make it "more valuable to sell" or by some idiotic Nazi lover, but in either case, it's been ruined and is now only worth the silver content in it.
