Very nice indeed. I love that LC ring. Is it just me, or is it unusual to see the Luftwaffe eagle facing left? I.e., those cool two rings on the lower row...

The eagle facing left could be a representation of a Fallschirmjäger qualification badge. A paratrooper's ring, maybe?

The design and attitude of these eagles is far more akin to that of the Wireless Operator/Flight Engineer/Air-Gunner variations, rather than the distinctive diving eagle of the Falschirmjaeger.
There are a small number of other ‘left facing’ eagles (actually right-facing, from the Adler’s point of view), notably for the steel and tropical helmets and Officers’ cape, so designed to enable the Adler to face forward.

    Splendid collection, by the way!

No. The first ring in the bottom row is modelled on the Flugzeugführerabzeichen [Pilots' Badge], the second on the Beobachterabzeichen [Observers' Badge], the third and fourth on the Fliegerschützenabzeichen [Airgunner Badge], respectively with and without the Blitzbündel [bundle of lightning bolts].
