This is a typical older french coat of arms ring. I think 30ies/40ies.
These are a kind of souvenir-rings. Often seen with different coat of arms. Usually the coat of arms of a city or a region/area.
I bet outside the band are 2 little hallmarks. The french "boar-head" for small silver items and a manufacturers mark.
Looks like a nice period ring!
I would like to see the other rings too!

Odal thanks for the answer. Hallmarks I will try see in the coming days. When meeting the seller.
This is Basque coat, known since 1897 and unifying emblem 6 regions inhabited by Basques. http://forums.corsairs-harbour.ru/showthread.php?t=2080 Герб Ñтраны БаÑков | перÑтни
Perfect match in the coat of arms.
Here some not so good small pics from a ring i had some years ago.
In the red circles are the usual hallmarks.

So then, it's a Basque ring? Very nice find!
