Both Fantasy items. ANY ring with RZM numbers is bad.

As I see You are from Estonia. So you probably know the answer to Your question anyway - both are fakes and if You need more different designs just visit shops in Lai or Pikk street.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think I remember that the bottom ring is from Finland WW2.

Yes the bottom ring is Finnish given to people who gave money to help buy weapons for Finland in the Winterwar 1939/40
