The design is of an SA Sportsabzeichen. As to originality I will leave that to those who know more than I but I actually like it.

Well, ring band seems to be original but I'm not sure about the other part. Details are really poor, seems it is casted metal or just has much wear. Are there any markings inside of the ring?

Nice ring...From my comparisons the inside "lip" looks good...Can't say for sure if original but looks good!!!

The "melted" appearance of the details is not good. This is not due to honest wear, but rather it looks to be a cast copy of an original design. It is in 2 pieces, with the molten looking head apparently riveted and then soldered to the ring body. I would not purchase this piece.
