A lot of advices say the "RF" mark is "Robert Flume", Berlin, but i am not real to 100 % sure in.

Okay, now to 100 % sure this style of writing the "RF" was used by Rudolf Flume, Berlin. At least in the year 1926.
Found it on one of my old catalogs.
