Hehe, I never thought the day would come where I'd actually be asking for verification on one of these things; they're so often faked I tend to ignore them entirely. But, I've seen this and I thought it'd be safer to get it checked out here before I immediately dismissed it. What do you all think? Sorry about the terrible pictures.

Poor photos but I don't like what I see. The engraving doesn't look Gahr like to me among other issues. You need to post much better photos to be sure.

While there are other members here who are much more knowledgeable about the characteristics of real SS Honor Rings, the inscription in this one is enough to identify it as fake.

SS Honor Rings were never inscribed with the SS Motto "Meine Ehre heißt Treue" seen here, but with "S. lb. [surname of the recipient] [date of conferral] H. Himmler"

Mm, I suspect as much when I did some brief research on them, but I didn't know enough to know whether or not they had special cases. It's fine, I'll pass on it again. Thanks everyone!
