Looks like a fake to me the skull is very odd and very wierd looking ring does not look real to me

Poo - not for me !
I have permanently refrained from adding an 'h' to the end of the word 'Poo'
because Winnie would be rather upset with me - and, I don't want to
associate him with that 'other stuff'.........!

Looks more like the skull of the Elephant Man to me! Sorry, no good.

Maybe it is from the ss panzer div equipped with elefants (either td or animal) hence the elefant man reference on the ring. Very rare indeed.
