May I ask how many ground dug rings you've actually handled please..

I currently own 3, I hope that is enough to permit me an opinion?

Perhaps Zeller or one of the other relic guys with actual experience of finding ground dug rings can give their valued opinions please, I'm as eager as James is to get concrete proof this ring is indeed what I sold it as, a ground dug skull ring , not a cast fake
Ps.it does have a solder seam at reverse on shank

Another collector has also expressed doubts on the authenticity of this ring
So i have offered James a full refund and I apologise for doubting said comments from members
