The first one looks like a Kriegsmarine button.

Yes it does very much so but I would expect to see KM buttons fully maker marked.

The middle one looks a bit too specific to be a generic fashion button but I couldn't say what it might be from; the bugle horn often represents a postal service although when stringed like this one it also is indicative of Light Infantry in many armies (the bugle being used on the battlfield to communicate orders in lieu of the much heavier drum). The arrows can indicate anything from speed / alacrity to steadfastness and accuracy. Then again maybe this is a blazer button or perhaps one associated with a club / society. The last one is exactly like the US 1902 pattern "Great Seal" button worn on a plethora of US uniform from then to the present day. Although I don't recall seeing them without a maker mark I don't think that would write it off as a fashion item as I doubt the unauthorised use of that design in the US wouldn't be prohibited (US members please comment here).

I hope this gives you food for though and if you do ID these buttons let us know.

    Regards

    Mark

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature with no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
