    Both appear to be German-made, the second by Asmann, so might possibly have been made for the French Army in the pre-war, or post-war occupation period (of either the 1st or 2nd World War).
    Interesting examples and a nice find.

    Edit: The use of the name Vilna indicates the period of German occupation of Vilnius, Lithuania - suggesting a date between June 1941-1945, so manufacture for the Vichy forces might be possible (if, indeed, they were destined for a French organisation).

    As said above, the second one has the makers' mark of Assmann. Note that the first one is marked to a company named Gebr. Schneider [= "Gebr." for "Gebrüder" = "Bros." in German] of Vilna, Lithuania.

    I cannot comment on their specific use, but a "flaming grenade" design was used by many countries.

    The second one looks indeed to be a French button.
    The first one could be Italian....
