4 cccp objects searching information..

Hello everyone, im new to the forum. I made this thread posting this four item that i have buy 14 years ago from two russian soldiers in the port of genova (italy).

-binoculars , its working still very good, sehfeld 99990 x 3880 z (its a "z" in a circle.. but i dont know how to type it) 8m auf 280000m, in the the lenses its write No.1 made by leader optical D : F = 1:3 6488
- two brooches , cccp, one with a tank, the other with a plane.
-Hat.

please help me to find more information you can about this 4 objects. Thanks you.

These are all failry modern items.

The cap is Russian Navy.

The two badges are commemorative ones, celebrating WW2.
