This is really a question for Dimas... However, the tunic itself seems to me to be sloppily made of postwar fabric - including the way the tabs are affixed.

No piping for such an early style?

The wings seem a bit questionable to me also...

But I am far from an expert, especially if I can not see it in person...

My experience with Obr35 uniforms is very limited and with VVS items even more so. But, like Richie, I would have real concerns over the way the collar is made. My thoughts would be the whole thing in newly made.

    Cheers, Ade.

No doubts that gimnasterka is original, but I suspect that the insignia new attached, and I don't like the sleeve wing to, one red flag to me the color. The textbook red star in the center must be made of the red thread, which is simply can be found on the fleet sleeve branch insignia, even 1960's era. But all is done correctly and and if I have some doubts, that will be just a doubts about it's freshness. Also the open button pannel as for NKVD troops, that is for sure seen on the non NKVD period items, but rare. I would say the fashion with that kind of pockets looks to me close to the NKVD style.
My personal IMO- I will not have that item in collection
