Budenovka cloth star?

I bought really nice set of Red Army insignia, collected by finnish soldier during winter war and continuation war. this lil set came with this pretty interesting red star cut from budenovka hat I think? the star is aproximately 70mm from edge to edge. tell me what do you think

I also saw this for sale. Very nice I must say! I'm always interested in uniform removed cloth items.

Thanks guys!! I like it very much too. The funny thing here is that the seller didn't even tell this was in the set that i bought, i was like when i looked in the envelope.
