    Tovarischi;

    I have not seen any pictures of, but have read references to "riding" breeches with leather reinforcement patches on the seat, and inside of the thighs.

    If any of you have any pictures of such breeches, I would really like to see them, so as to determine the correct size, and placement of such patches.

    Reinforcement patches were done with the same material, as bridges itself. Leather was allowed to use if available, but it was rare.

    VVadim;

    Thank you for the drawings, but these are for regular sharovari, not actual riding breeches.

    Hi Boridin, did you look at illustration "B"? These are riding breeches.

    Ade;

    those are just like the sharovari that I have, and all the patches are cloth, and the fabric is the green color. I was looking for into on the blue breeches with the leather reinforcements.

    Any info on them would be great!
