Unfortunately it's impossible to give a positive opinion from this pictures.
But, if I remember correctly, this tunic is listed on ebay since several years... And if I still remember correctly, the seller has a complete selection of the rarest items of the Rkka topic...
The price of it was also very low compared to the extreme rarity of such a tunic and in similar conditions.
If you want, ask to the seller for better pictures and post them, we will try to make a better analysis.
If you want also my opinion: run away from this thing.
