I don't know about the other museums, but surely I saw a couple of pairs in the Bogdan's Nebelevich museum in St Petersburg. Even I owe the pair with 5 corners, but need time to find it.
Even everyday straps are rare.

I do not trust to that boards by several reasons:
The aluminum buttons from the stocks of Kronstadt, the mid 60's gimnasterka, reattached wound stripe... But the straps are ortiginal - too strange to me. Even the price for the straps in that case are higher than the original M 43 war time produced gimnasterka.
There was a discussion on the Russian forum, and someone show the order, where the field Border Guards troops straps was 5 pointed

Dim,
Please show the link for this discussion concerning the order.
This subject is one that I have gathered multiple opinions concerning such...
So far, all examples of Frontier Guard field shoulder-boards shown by myself and a few others have been ostracized as fuflo or novodel by our collector peers in Russia - without any photographic evidence or actual examples to compare.
So, lets see the orders.
I would hope that our newest member Vadim, has something to contribute.
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam!
Riche,
I finally got a scanner and have some good pics. Hopefully these will help.
The straps is realy nice made, but really hard to say about the originality
