Take a look for Russian prices, this is brass
    BUTTONS RKKA
1500 rubles is 65 USD for 10 pcs
But in the same time big buttons for overcoat, land-lease 10 pcs- 600 rubles ( they was found in a bunch in one of the Russian military stocks about a year ago)

...and, they are out of stock.

I checked with a man I know in Ukraine and he sells them in Kiev markets often for $10.00 US each. He also said his supply is dwindling and it has been difficult to replenish them.

Myself, I have been looking for a set of 5 22MM types and have had NO luck whatsoever, and I offer to pay $15.00 each...

Hi Richie, I will look out for some for you. We have a big show this week, at Beltring, Kent, the "War & Peace Show" providing I attend. The weather here has been lousy with rain everyday for a week. If it looks like a mud bath (like last year) I will not bother attending, as next weekend we have another big event I must attend and I don't want to be drying and cleaning mud of everything.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Thanks Ade...

I have heard of the Beltring show. I have a friend out of Dover, the name Andrew King who sets up/ camps/ shops there. Someday perhaps I'll receive a proper invitation from him and will have a chance for a looksee...

At any rate, I appreciate the offer and will take you up on it certainly. I could use five of those 22MM buggers, but ten would be the cat's arse for inventory until the next Lend-Lease Kitel come down the pike.

    Cheers, Richie
