It appears to be of good quality, and the 3rd photo down shows where a collar tab could have been, notice the stitching holes?
Is there any labels or printed letters/numbers on the coat? How about a close up of the buttons?
Kind Regards, Ned.
There are also places of three screwback collar signs on each collar.
I think it could be senior leutenant or colonel-leutenant.
No stamps remain. Owner wear the coat after war also.
Actually the coat had another lining and I found it's original lining (you can see here on photo) under the new when took it off.
Buttons were changed by owner latest times, but I found four original in pocket.
I would think that a Tankist's coat would have a shorter skirt, but this man's (totally different variation of) coat seems to have some length also.
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam!

My assumption is that yours is Air Force officer's reglan coat...

That's right, it's tank leather jacket.
But I mean tank commander full length coat, as tank commander Krivoshein warn on photo.
That is the Air Force jacket, as in the latest picture is a brown color officers leather overcoat, if someone want to see it, I will try to find it in my stock and will make a pics
