Hi Dean, I have never seen these before. I am thinking they are really suspect. I think they are most likely fantasy items.

I think someone with a limited knowledge of Russian and the cyrilic alaphabet has stamped them up. One has been done to represent "RKKA" (Red Army) where as the other would be for "KGB".

This is actually good news. I couldn't believe that such low numbers were actually counting something. The fact that the letters are not part of the serial, but a label makes this even more true.

Imperial army, belonged to the bottom grade of 23-rd infantry
Nizovski(Низовский) regiment, 2-nd mouths, personal number 192. Shelfs up to WW1 stood in edge Privislinskom, modern Poland, the Polish colleagues found also counters 21 infantry Murom regiment and others... Regiment belonged to 2-nd brigade of 5-th infantry division

Этот увольнительный (личный) жетон не советский, но русский, Императорской армии, принадлежал нижнему чину 23-го пехотного Низовского полка, 2-ой роты, личный номер 192. Полк до WW1 стоял в Привислинском крае, современная Польша, польские коллеги находили также жетоны 21пехотного Муромского полка и других... Полк принадлежал 2-ой бригаде 5-ой пехотной дивизии
