Soviet pants - sharovary - wartime or postwar ?

Guys could you please give me your opinion about these soviet, uniform pants , shown below; wartime made or maybe postwar ? IMO looks good but would like double check.

Judging by the stamps, they are produced in the Belorussian SSR, in the city of Vitebsk, in the garment factory "Швейная фабрика имени Профинтерна".

Factory "Швейная фабрика имени Профинтерна" - existed between 1922- 1941.
