Most are without hardware or have loop and toggle adjustment for strap length, but some are metal fitted. Many postwar have metal hardware, so seeing such should make you use care. Again, I like the stamp in yours and feel it is probably a good one. Had it been a very obvious, in your face sort of stamp, I would have further concern.

The trousers is circa 60's trousers with cut down waist area. The vesh'meschok is looks like a period, but I need to see the whole stamp with inscription in the above part. I can't say nothing, but I didn't think the stamp is a war time period.
I like the veshmeschoks with the wooden sticks-buttons, which is connect one of the stripe ending to the bag itself. ( As on the period gas mask bags)
