Hello Mark,
This is 70s/80s vintage - at least 30 years postwar...
The pilotka is clearly dated 1975.
If you would take a close up of the tunic's markings and post them here, we may be able to date it also. The badges seem correct for this.

That would be great if you are able to date these items.
I somtimes came across stuff. it would be nice to know little bit about USSR items.

The is the M69 uniform. Here configurated for a motorised infanterie soldier
Nice one with the soldier number. Typical of the cold war and begining of the Afghanistan war

Thanks bruno. im impressed with it to. Ive never came across Soviet items like this before. He had a 1984 date stamped tankers padded helmet to but I dident pick that up he wanted 95 dollers for it. I wasent shore if that was way to high. In price.

This is a very typical piece of uniform.
It was created after the Pague events in 1968 in order not to dilute the positive image of the "great patriotic" soldier which uniform didn't really changed till then.
Equipement are quite easy to find and you can easily do a nice manequin. The most difficult is already done.
Concerning the tank helmet, it of course depend of the models,but if it is from the same period of time it is far too high.
