What year are these pants from?

I need to know what year these pants are and how you think they were used. I know thery are soviet. This pair of pants has the soliders name inside the waist and don't know if these were used in combat or what. Any help will be greatly appreicated.

These look like one of the 1980 era camo uniforms. I forget the "name" of the pattern, but I have a boonie hat in the same pattern.

They were general issue to most branches of the Army by the mid, to late 80s.
