Here is a women's Gymnastierka. I have not seen many of these. My first actually Is it WW2 period or maybe early post war? It looks good to me. Sorry about the color difference. It's with and without flash.

cloth, color, cut pockets I like. Loops for souhlderboards are (for me) a good sign. I think a manufacture of ww2 period.

what makes you say that this is a modified M35 ??
For me it is a M43 with apparent pockets as it happens to see vintage photos .

Having had the Tunic in hand i can't see no sign of modification. Unless the whole Tunic was resown.
