1944 British Battledress - Unidentified badge

Hello, I have in my collection a 1944 dated British Battledress in a nice large size (13) which has an unfortunate ink stain down the front where a fountain pen has obviously leaked! I resisted the temptation to clean it up as it is easily covered up with a leather jerkin or webbing. My question is - Does anybody know what the badge represents? Given that it is also badged 'Royal Artillery' I assume that it is home defences. Can anybody enlighten me as to which company/unit the original owner belonged too and what their role may have been?

Hold on, can you get a close-up of the ribbons? I think i might see a Norwegian medal there.

1946 , 44th ( Home Counties) Division (T.A.) adopted new badge, an amalgamation of the war-time badge of East Kent District , Dover Castle atop White Cliffs of Dover on shield superimposed on the badge of 44th ( Home Counties ) Division, Red Oval with white border.

Ah, i was wrong, i thought the 1939-45 star with oakleaves looked like a Norwegian medal from a distance.
