picked this uniform up in a local shop yesterday, it is made of the 'hairy mary' type material similar to WW2 versions, it has a full set of staybrite kings crown buttons and belt buckle, can't make out the jacket date as the service number has been written over it but the trouser's are clearly marked 1950. I looked up the service number and it is in a block allocated to national service men who enlisted at RAF Cardington in august 1953.
